ORDERING
We accept the following payment types:
  
MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, cashier's checks, and money orders.
Credit Cards
We accept most major credit cards via our secure on-line store. For your protection, e-mail us with the items you wish to purchase and then call us with your credit card information.
Personal check
We are sorry, but we will no longer be accepting personal checks.
Cashier's check/Money order
We do accept cashier's checks and money orders for both phone and on-line orders. Once the order is placed, send your payment, made out to The Squirrel's Nest, to the above mailing address. Orders paid via cashier's check and money order will ship immediately after the payment is received.
Shipping
We normally ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. If you wish us to ship via an alternate method please specify which when ordering.
Shipping costs are $5.00 flat fee.
Returns/Refunds
We accept returns on all unopened/unused merchandise except books and patterns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You must contact us prior to returning the merchandise.
